Description:

QUINACIP-10 is the le Ciprofloxacin formulation launched in the market in oral solution form and is completely soluble in water which facilitates ease of usage and administration. Ciprofloxacin is a second generation Fluoroquinolone antibacterial agent with broad spectrum bactericidal activity. It exhibits excellent activity against both Gram Positive and Gram Negative bacteria, Mycoplasma, Anaerobic bacteria, etc. QUINACIP-10 acts by inhibiting DNA Gyrase and Topoisomerase IV enzymes, thereby inhibiting DNA replication/transcription leading to the death of pathogens.

Indications:

QUINACIP-10 is indicated for the control, prevention and treatment of most common bacterial infections of poultry including Mycoplasmosis in both young and adult birds.

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION:

10 mg per kg bodyweight and 1 ml of QUINACIP-10 is sufficient for a total body weight of 10 kg QUINACIP-10 is to be administered orally through drinking water continuously for a period of 3 — 5 days depending upon the severity of infection under the strict supervision of a Registered Veterinary Practitioner.
